By submitting an advertisement, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm you have the rights to all provided content.

2. Advertisement Placement

Newer ads are placed above older ones. The price increases by 10% for each new listing.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Plisio.net. ADSkyscraper does not store any credit card, banking, or cryptocurrency wallet data.

4. Content Restrictions

You may not upload or submit any content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove such content without refund.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued in case of technical errors directly caused by our system.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.

7. Charity Voting Fairness

To ensure fair voting in our charity donation system, we collect and securely store IP addresses of users who participate in the poll. This data is used exclusively to prevent duplicate votes within the same calendar month.

How to Buy an Ad

Click the Claim Spot button, fill in your ad details, upload an image, and choose your payment method. After payment, your ad will appear at the top of the skyscraper.

Referral Boost

If someone uses your referral link (?ref=POSITION or the share button), your ad will get a 7-day boost when they purchase their own ad.

Boost

Click the Boost button on your ad to make it stand out for 30 days. Boosted ads are more visible and attractive to visitors.

Move to Top

Click the price badge on your ad to Renew & Move Up. This puts your ad back to the top for the current price.

Voting

Vote for your favorite charity. 10% of all purchases go to the most-voted charity each month.

• Do I need an account? No registration required.
